Batcap Model Competes for Miss USA Crown

Bitcap Model Rachel Phillippona will compete for the Miss USA crown April 19th

DOTHAN, AL – For years we have seen Batcap’s Ray McKenzie at industry events with a bevy of models-all very attractive, well mannered young ladies-in his booth. Rachel Philippona, a Batcap model, has hit the big time. Rachel will represent the state of Alabama in the Miss USA contest in Las Vegas NV on Sunday, April 19th.
McKenzie told 12voltnews.com “We are all so proud of Rachel. She worked with us at many events, like the SEMA Show, and was always a pleasure to be around. We wish her all the best. Everyone in Dothan will be glued to the TV.”
While the Miss Alabama USA system designates breast cancer awareness as the pageant’s platform Rachel, should she win the Miss USA title, will pursue a personal crusade for Special Olympics. She worked as a special education aide in high school and was a volunteer at local Special Olympic Games.
An auditorium filled with Special Olympic athletes and staff services came out to wish Rachel well before she left Dothan for Las Vegas.
